In the fall of 2017 Vitagenics will begin hosting a series of workshops and seminars on health topics. These seminars are more like parties really, held in a cozy environment with no more then ten attendees at a time.
Part seminar, part workshop, these events are designed to promote community and spread vital knowledge about health. Touch, taste, and learn about healthy foods, how to prepare them, and why they are important. Our very first Wellness Parties will be all about kefir. See how to make it, and learn why you should have it every day! See it, touch it, taste it at our Kefir Wellness Party.
Food and drink will be provided, and all the ingredients will be explained during the party.
Menu: Baked Ziti (Einkorn wheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, sautéed ground pork, etc.), garlic toast and drinks (tea, water kefir, and more).
There will be a speaker, presentation, demonstration, and taste testing at the party, with booklets and a kefir starter to take home.
We give you the ‘grains’ to start making your own kefir!
