OK, so the most powerful way to bomb just about anything in your body with colloidal silver is the simple baking soda protocol. However, the baking soda itself also shows remarkable effects as a protocol against autoimmune disease. Thus, the two things combined have a remarkable synergy that cannot be overstated.
NOTE: Do not do this near eating time, because you are going to intentionally neutralize all your stomach acid, and it will need a little time to recover. Your body will automatically recover; however, you can also assist it with bitters, lemon water, etc.
- STEP 1: Dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (about 1 or 2 grams) of Baking Soda into about 1/2 cup (100ml) of water.
- STEP 2: Drink it. You should burp a lot. If you do not burp a lot, then you probably need to use more baking soda, or you already have very weak stomach acid.
- STEP 3: Wait 10-15 minutes (after the burping stops).
- STEP 4: Drink 1 or 2 cups (200-400ml) of colloidal silver quickly (but comfortably. Don’t force yourself, but don’t delay it either).
Doing this just once is very powerful. You can do it each morning for a few days, or even each morning and each evening. But do NOT keep doing this for extended periods of time.
For the baking soda ‘protocol’ to have an impact on autoimmune issues, it seems to require about two weeks of this. It is not necessary to drink the CS every day for two weeks, and I would probably advise against that, as I have never seen it necessary to use that much CS, and have not seen any anecdotal evidence to support the need or identify any potential issues.
I prefer that people get started with using CS for a bit first before they do this, so that they decrease the chance for a big Herxheimer (die off) reaction. If you have been following me for a while, you’ll already know about this, or you will likely be ready to try it, if you have an urgent need.
