That is a lot of different words that I listed in the title, and I could list a lot more. In fact I do mention more down below. While most doctors and scientists are likely to tell you that there is no relation between these various conditions, I’m here to tell you that they share common root causes.
Fibroids. So many women suffer from this often invisible, yet debilitating problem. Many do not know that they suffer from it, because the early symptoms are imperceptible or accepted as normal.
CAUSE: This is a very ‘modern’ problem, where the hormones (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, etc.) are imbalanced due to the modern diet. Our ancestors did not suffer from this nearly as much, if at all. PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a completely different thing, and yet has an identical root cause in most cases – the imbalance of hormones. Same for everything else I mentioned in the title.
Some estimates say that 70% of women will get fibroids at some point in their life. Again, this is of course talking about modern women, where the diet is the primary cause.
| Quick Fix? One common problem in our modern world is the huge increase in heavy metal toxicity, and we know that this disrupts hormones, among other things. The solution for the heavy metals is this zeolite product, know as PBX. I recommend that all my clients start with that, or even better, this combination of PBX and 44 superfoods. There is a lot of good information on the product pages. (If you decide to purchase these, contact me for a discount coupon!) |
Fibroids are are benign tumors, made from muscle cells and fibrous connective tissue that form a knot or mass within the uterus. They can grow very large. They are known by many names… uterine fibroids, uterine myomas, leiomyomas, fibromas, and sometimes confused with Endometriosis (which is the presence of uterine tissue outside the uterus). Fibroids are also a common cause of Menorrhagia. Adding more naming confusion is the location of the fibroids, so you may hear other words such as submucosal, intramural, subserosal, pedunculated, cervical, or interligamentous. But they are all basically the same, and all these conditions are at least partly caused by hormone imbalances and inflammatory foods. Proper detox and nutrition can resolve these issues.

PREVENTION: A healthy diet will dramatically reduce the likelihood of developing fibroids. Or more simply put, just eat real food from trusted sources, and avoid the processed sugars, flour, etc. In addition to this, you need to be careful of environment toxins, and you should get adequate exercise. Try to follow this one page health guide.
SOLUTION: The current ‘standard’ medical community says that there is no cure for fibroids, and so they recommend surgery… again and again, as the fibroids will often come back if you do not treat the root cause. Of course surgery also leads to other complications, so the goal is to avoid surgery. I cannot legally claim to have a cure; however, you will find that many people have eliminated their fibroids (or at least all detectible symptoms) with natural remedies. The key factor is to restore hormone balance naturally, and that requires giving your body what it needs to produce hormones, and eliminating things that are interfering with hormones:
- Eliminate soy from your diet. Eliminating soy might seem impossible, but do your best to reduce it. Soy is everywhere in processed foods as a filler, so avoiding processed food, soy milk, etc., will help a lot. Fermented soy foods such as natto and miso are very healthy, but they too still contain estrogen mimicking compounds.
- Vitamin A. “In South Africa, vitamin A has been used as standard practice for the treatment of menorrhagia (excessive bleeding) since 1977 with a 92 percent cure rate.” The best way to get vitamin A? Get more liver into your diet. The key here is that you need ‘real’ vitamin A, which is only found in animal foods. If you don’t like liver, get Fermented Cod Liver Oil (FCLO) as a supplement. We call FCLO a supplement because it is very potent and therefor only needed in small amounts; however, it is completely natural, as it is oil that is extracted by fermenting cod livers. (NOTE: you will find that many women have eliminated fibroids in a matter of days by taking larger amounts of FCLO. While it is not recommended to take higher dosages for long term, taking a few tablespoons a day for less than a week seems to help many women). Eating cod livers is another exceptional way to supplement key nutrients.
- Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). This is interesting, as the mechanism is a bit more indirect, and is resolving a different problem. VCO is super high in saturated fat, which is used to make cholesterol, and cholesterol is needed to make hormones. In our modern era of low fat and low cholesterol diets, VCO is a fast way to fix that problem (Yes, it is a big problem to eat low fat and/or low cholesterol diets).
- Detox. In order for us to take advantage of the nutrition, we really need to give our body more detox support. In my opinion it is critical to follow at least some of the guidance on my detox page.
There is also a lot of confusing advice on the internet and from the medical community about two important food groups:
- Dairy. If you can get raw milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, kefir, etc. from grass-fed cows, it is excellent to help you get rid of fibroids. This is true for multiple reasons – as such dairy is full of nutrients you need to make hormones – the fat, the vitamins, the minerals, and in many cases the probiotics. However, if you are buying the typical ‘supermarket’ dairy products that come from grain-fed cows and are heavily processed, such dairy will have a negative effect because it is highly inflammatory, among other things. Consume lots of dairy, but only if you can get the good stuff.
- Meat. This situation is similar to dairy. ‘Real’ meat is excellent for you, but try to avoid factory processed meats. Two excellent examples are bacon and sausage, which are super healthy when made traditionally, but loaded with bad chemicals when manufactured for supermarkets. Also, note that ‘fatty’ meats are healthier than lean meats, because the most important nutrition is actually in the fat, and the fat itself is very important.
And then there are many other solutions or aids with testimonials that you can find on the internet, such as acupuncture, herbal teas, certain chinese herbs, castor oil, chaste berry (Vitex), and more. The Vitex seems very popular and effective, but you should read this caution and guidance before considering it.
Whatever you decide, do the research. Stress is another factor, so reading the testimonials of other women that have suffered and cured these conditions will help you get better. Most people understand that stress, anxiety, etc. is a component of any condition, and this is where things like the Emotion Code demonstrate their incredible effectiveness.
Finally, please do not underestimate the power of other types of energy medicine, as we are electric beings. I outline devices and strategies for EMF protection here, and explain a lot about iTeraCare here, and you will find other device recommendations on my YouTube channel. There are many tools, so the key is to find what fits you and your lifestyle.
